Our story began in 1981, when our founder, Alan Chait, a Vietnam Veteran, decided to start his own business after a disappointing experience with one of the country’s largest business forms manufacturers. He had been working for them for several years, serving clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. However, he realized that the company did not value its customers as much as he did when it failed to fulfill its obligations to one of his larger clients with a highly critical operating form. This resulted in a lawsuit and a loss of trust.
Alan quit his job, but not his passion for service. He opened his own company, Greenway, with a simple motto: “I choose the customer’s side”. He wanted to create a company that would put the customer first, and deliver quality products and services with honesty, integrity, and reliability.

Since then, Greenway has grown to become one of the leading print companies in the region, serving a diverse range of industries and sectors. We have expanded our capabilities and offerings, from business forms and stationery, to marketing materials and promotional products, to digital printing and web design. We work with companies that use the latest technology and equipment, to ensure that we can provide the best solutions for our clients.
However, what has not changed is our core value of customer satisfaction. We still follow our founder’s motto, and constantly “choose the customer’s side”. We listen to our clients, understand their needs, and offer them the best options and advice. We work with them, building long-term relationships based on mutual trust and respect. Al grew up in Rochester, NY, went to school at SUNY Buffalo and moved to Phoenix a long time ago. He is a Viet Nam veteran, a loving husband, father of two and grandfather of four. He is proud to have helped many of his customers grow.
Jason is the owner and president of Greenway Print Solutions, He joined Greenway in 2000, and has since helped the company expand its offerings, from business forms, to apparel, promotional products, large format and graphic design services. He is married to Jessica, the finance and accounting manager of Greenway, and the daughter of the founder, Alan Chait. Jason likes to joke that he was “son in-law long before he was an employee”.
As the VP of Greenway Print Solutions, Jessica is also in charge of the accounting department. She oversees the financial operations and ensures that everything runs smoothly. She is skilled at managing the complex and ongoing accounting tasks that come with the printing business. Jessica is a valuable member of the Greenway team and a leader in her field.
Kristine has over 15 years of experience collaborating with powerhouse entertainment franchises, top tier NASCAR sponsors and other Fortune 500 companies to execute successful marketing programs. With a “do whatever it takes” approach to deliver best in class service, you can feel confident that your satisfaction is her #1 priority.
Linda Clark has been in the printing business for over 40 years. She brings tremendous knowledge and a great attitude to Greenway. Linda is highly organized, efficient and has a way to make everyone she works with happy. You'll love working with her.
Dwight has been in the printing business most of his life. He is a very creative problem solver and is a very welcome addition to the Greenway sales team.
Bob brings to the table 45 years of experience in the fields of printing, promo products, ecommerce, warehousing & distribution. He worked 27 years with a major printing firm in management in both Chicago & Phoenix. That company in turn was sold to a competitor. He then left and started his own distributorship which ran successfully for 15 years before joining Greenway Print Solutions.
Nacho has over 15 years of experience in the printing business, and he is an expert in pre-press and layout design. He has worked with clients from various industries, such as fashion, education, and health care, and he always strives to meet their needs and expectations. He is proficient in using Adobe´s Professional design software, as well as HTML, CSS. He is also creative, reliable, and easy to work with. Rick brings over 10 years experience in business development, operations and finance to Greenway.
